The Phantom Works For You

The Phantom will work for you to help you make transactions and inquiries. He responds to your requests by reading the electronic signals transmitted to the system when you enter specific codes concerning you and your accounts.

It's Easy To Use

1. From any touch-tone phone, call the Phantom: (732) 227-3011 or toll-free 1-888-423-7268.
2. After the introductory messages, enter your Member ID.
3. She will prompt you to enter your PIN.
4. Simply choose the appropriate responses from Phantom's menu system.
5. When entering dollar amounts use the * sign to signify a decimal point. Always press the # sign after each entry. The Phantom understands that by entering the # sign, you have completed an entry.
