Retirees and employees who leave Bristol-Myers Squibb may still remain a member of B-M S FCU

Any stop payments made over the telephone will require a signed and notarized form returned to B-M S FCU within 14 days of the initial phone call. If the form is not received, the stop payment will be considered null and void and will be removed from the members account. The stop payment fee will not be refunded.

If your B-M S FCU ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen, please call us immediately. If we are closed, please call 800.472.3272.

If you suspect fraudulent use of your card, please call 800.262.2024. For calls outside the U.S. call collect 1.973.682.2652.

Dormant accounts, accounts that have not had any activity in 12 months and have a balance less than $15.00, will be surcharged $5.00 a month.

Any certified Share Draft or Teller Draft that is lost, stolen, or destroyed; B-M S FCU is not required to replace this draft and can delay issuing a replacement check for 90 days.
